These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter referred to as "Terms", "Agreement", or "T&C") constitute a legally binding agreement between you (hereinafter "Player", "User", or "you") and S9Asia (hereinafter "S9Asia", "we", "us", or "the Platform") in relation to your access to and use of the S9Asia website at https://s9asia.cam and all associated services, games, features, and content made available thereon.

By registering an account, accessing the platform, or placing any bet or wager on S9Asia, you confirm that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be legally bound by them. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the platform and close your account.

S9Asia operates as an online casino and sports betting platform offering live casino table games (including baccarat, blackjack, roulette, sic bo, and dragon tiger), slot games, sports betting markets, and related entertainment services. The platform is operated under international online gaming licensing.

These Terms should be read alongside our Privacy Policy and our Responsible Gambling Policy, both of which are incorporated into and form part of this Agreement.

In these Terms, the following words and expressions shall have the meanings ascribed to them below unless the context otherwise requires:

To register and maintain an account on S9Asia, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and at all times during which your account remains active:

• You are at least 21 years of age. S9Asia enforces a strict minimum age policy of 21 years for all registered players. Proof of age will be required as part of the KYC verification process.
• You are acting as a private individual and not on behalf of any business, enterprise, or third party.
• You are not a resident of, or physically located within, any Prohibited Jurisdiction at the time of access or wagering.
• You have not previously been self-excluded from S9Asia or had an account terminated by S9Asia for breach of these Terms.
• You are not an employee, contractor, officer, director, or close family member of an employee of S9Asia or any of its affiliated entities, game providers, or payment processing partners.
• You are not a politically exposed person (PEP) or otherwise subject to enhanced due diligence requirements under applicable anti-money laundering regulations, unless separately approved by S9Asia's compliance team.
• You have full legal capacity and authority to enter into this Agreement and are not subject to any legal disability that would prevent you from doing so.

Each Player is permitted to holdone (1) account only on the S9Asia platform. The creation of multiple accounts — whether by the same individual or in conjunction with others — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

4.1 Registration Information

At the time of registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and truthful information, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and a valid contact number. S9Asia reserves the right to verify all registration information at any time. Providing false or misleading information is grounds for immediate account termination.

4.2 Account Credentials

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. You must not share your credentials with any third party, and you must take all reasonable precautions to prevent unauthorised access to your account. S9Asia shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain the security of your account credentials. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without authorisation, you must notify S9Asia immediately via live chat or by emailing [email protected].

4.3 KYC Verification

All Players are required to complete Know Your Customer (KYC) verification before their first withdrawal and at any other time that S9Asia reasonably requests. KYC documentation typically includes a valid government-issued identity document (MyKad for Malaysian nationals, or a valid passport for others), and may additionally include proof of address and proof of payment method ownership. Failure to provide satisfactory KYC documentation within the timeframe specified by S9Asia may result in suspension of the account and/or witholding of pending withdrawals until verification is complete.

S9Asia accepts deposits via a range of payment methods available to Malaysian players, including Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX, Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, Hong Leong Bank, and selected cryptocurrencies (Bitcoin/TC, Ethereum/ETH, Tether/USDT TRC20, and Litecoin/LTC). Minimum deposit amounts and processing times vary by payment method.

5.1 General Deposit Conditions

• All deposits must be made from a payment account or wallet registered in the Player's own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.
• S9Asia does not charge fees on deposits. However, your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees independently.
• Deposits made in currencies other than MYR will be converted at the exchange rate applicable at the time of processing.
• S9Asia reserves the right to request documentation confirming the source of deposited funds in accordance with applicable anti-money laundering obligations.
• Deposits that cannot be matched to a verified account may be held pending verification and returned to source if verification fails.

5.2 Cryptocurrency Deposits

Cryptocurrency deposit values are calculated based on the MYR-equivalent at the time of confirmed receipt on-chain. Cryptocurrency values fluctuate; the MYR value credited to your account reflects the market rate at the moment of conversion, not at the moment of initiation. S9Asia is not responsible for any exchange rate movements occurring during the confirmation period.

Players may submit withdrawal requests for eligible funds held in their Account at any time, subject to the conditions set out in this section. Withdrawal requests are processed in the order in which they are received. Processing times vary by method: e-wallets typically 5–15 minutes; bank transfers 15–60 minutes; cryptocurrency15–30 minutes following blockchain confirmation.

• Withdrawals will only be processed to payment accounts registered in the Player's own name and matching the payment method used for deposit where required.
• All pending wagering requirements attached to Bonus Funds must be satisfied before the associated funds or winnings become eligible for withdrawal.
• KYC verification must be completed before any withdrawal is processed. S9Asia reserves the right to withold funds pending satisfactory completion of verification.
• S9Asia reserves the right to carry out additional security checks on withdrawal requests, particularly those of a high value or unusual nature. Such checks may extend processing times.
• Minimum withdrawal amounts apply per payment method; please refer to the Cashier section of your account for current figures.
• S9Asia shall not be liable for delays caused by the Player's payment provider, banking systems, or network conditions outside S9Asia's control.

S9Asia offers a variety of promotional offers, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback programmes, and VIP rewards. All promotions are subject to the specific terms and conditions applicable to each offer, in addition to the general provisions set out in this section.

7.1 General Bonus Terms

• Each promotional offer is available once per Player, household, device, IP address, and payment account, unless explicitly stated otherwise in the offer terms.
• Bonus funds are non-transferable and cannot be withdrawn until applicable wagering requirements have been met in full.
• Wagering requirements must be completed within any specified time window. Bonus funds and associated winnings not satisfied within the time limit will be removed from the Account without notice.
• S9Asia reserves the right to alter, suspend, or discontinue any promotion at any time with reasonable notice to affected Players where reasonably practicable.
• Any attempt to abuse, exploit, or manipulate a promotional offer — including but not limited to the use of multiple accounts, coordinated wagering with other players, or exploiting technical errors — will be treated as a material breach of these Terms and may result in the forfeiture of all bonus funds, winnings derived from bonus funds, and suspension or termination of the Player's account.

7.2 Welcome Bonus Options

S9Asia's current welcome bonus options (subject to change) include a 288% Magnificent Bonus up to MYR 2,880 (35x wagering requirement), a 100% Standard Bonus up to MYR 300 (10x wagering requirement), a 188% Esports Bonus up to MYR 888 (18x wagering requirement), and a 2% Crypto Deposit Bonus up to MYR 688 per deposit. All game outcomes on S9Asia are determined by a certified Random Number Generator (RNG) that has been independently tested and audited for fairness and accuracy. Published Return to Player (RTP) percentages are theoretical long-run figures and do not represent a guarantee of return on any individual session or bet.

In the event of a technical malfunction during gameplay — including server errors, game freezes, disconnections, or other software failures — S9Asia reserves the right to void affected bet or game round and refund the stake to the Player's Account. S9Asia is not liable for winings that would have resulted from a malfunctioning round, and the void policy applies equally to all outcomes of a technically affected game.

For live sports betting, odds are accurate as displayed at the time a bet is accepted. Post-event settlement will be based on official results from the relevant governing body or recognised sporting data provider. Disputes regarding sporting outcomes will be adjudicated with reference to official records.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on S9Asia and constitute material breaches of these Terms:

• Creating more than one Account or assisting another person in creating an account for the purpose of circumventing these Terms.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tool to interact with Games or the Platform in a manner not permitted by S9Asia.
• Engaging in, facilitating, or attempting to facilitate any form of money laundering through deposits or withdrawals on the Platform.
• Exploiting errors, glitches, or vulnerabilities in the Platform software to gain an unfair advantage or generate fraudulent credits.
• Using another Player's account credentials or funds, with or without that Player's knowledge or consent.
• Coordinating wagers with other Players or third parties in a manner designed to generate guaranteed or near-guaranteed profit from promotional offers (commonly referred to as "bonus abuse" or "matched betting" where restricted).
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, copy, reproduce, or distribute any part of the Platform's software, games, content, or proprietary information.
• Engaging in any activity that S9Asia reasonably determines to be fraudulent, deceptive, or harmful to the integrity of the Platform or its other users.

S9Asia is firmly committed to promoting responsible gambling and protecting vulnerable players. Gambling is intended to be a form of entertainment. It should never be used as a means of generating income, escaping personal problems, or funding financial obligations.

S9Asia provides the following responsible gambling tools, accessible directly within your Account settings:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly limits on deposits. Limits take effect immediately and cannot be increased for a minimum of 24 hours after any upward revision is requested.
• Session Time Reminders: Configure alerts to notify you of the duration of your gambling session at customisable intervals.

S9Asia reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Player Account, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms, including but not limited to the prohibited activities set out in Section 9.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the specified timeframe or provision of false or misleading documentation.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or any other criminal conduct.
• At the Player's own written request for account closure.
• Activation of a self-exclusion request by the Player.
• Where S9Asia is required to do so by applicable law, regulation, or an order of a competent authority.

Where an account is closed other than for breach, any remaining eligible real-money balance (net of any unsettled bonus obligations) will be returned to the Player via the original deposit method. In cases of closure for breach, S9Asia may withold all or part of the Account balance subject to the outcome of any investigation.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, S9Asia shall not be liable to any Player for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of winings, loss of data, interruption of service, or technical malfunction.

S9Asia's total cumulative liability to any Player in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the twelve (12) calendar months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

S9Asia does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. While S9Asia takes all reasonable technical precautions, no online platform can guarantee absolute continuity of service. Players are responsible for ensuring that their own devices and internet connections are secure.

S9Asia collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with ourPrivacy Policy, which forms an integral part of this Agreement. By registering on S9Asia, you consent to the processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

Player data is used for the purposes of account management, payment processing, fraud prevention, KYC compliance, and — where you have opted in — direct marketing communications. S9Asia does not sell personal data to third parties. All data is stored with appropriate technical and organisational security measures including256-bit SSL encryption.

All content on the S9Asia platform — including but not limited to software, source code, game assets, graphics, text, trademarks, logos, and database compilations — is owned by or licensed to S9Asia and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. No part of the Platform may be reproduced, copied, distributed, modified, or used for commercial purposes without the express prior written consent of S9Asia.

Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not confer any right of ownership in the Platform or its content.

These Terms, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction under which S9Asia holds its international gaming licence. Any disputes that cannot be resolved amicably between the parties shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts or arbitration forums designated under S9Asia's licensing jurisdiction.

Nothing in this clause shall prevent S9Asia from seeking injunctive or other equitable relief in any jurisdiction where it considers such relief necessary to protect its legitimate business interests.

S9Asia reserves the right to modify, update, or replace any part of these Terms at its sole discretion and at any time. Where changes are material — that is, where they affect Player rights, obligations, or entitlements in a meaningful way — S9Asia will provide not less than seven (7) calendar days' prior notice via registered Players' email addresses and/or a prominent platform notification.

Non-material amendments (such as typographical corrections, updated contact details, or clarifications that do not alter the substance of any clause) may take effect immediately upon publication. The date of the most recent update is displayed at the top of this document.

Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and request account closure before the amendments take effect.
